-If your order came in damaged, defective, or incomplete, CortesiHome will send you the needed parts or a new replacement at absolutely no cost to you! Simply email us with a picture of the damage and a detailed description of the problem.

If you wish to return or exchange your item(s) for any other reason, please refer to the following:
- You have 30 days to send back your return in the original packaging. Return shipping must be arranged by the buyer.
-No returns accepted on opened or used bedding including but not limited to; pillows, sheets, blankets, mattress protectors, etc (This is strictly for hygiene!)
- No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days of purchase.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted without original packaging.
-No returns for any customized product, these are all final sales.
- To guarantee your maximum refund, please ensure safe transit of your return and package the item(s) securely. Returned items are subject to inspection and must include all hardware and parts to receive a refund.

While truly free shipping is getting harder and harder to find today, we're proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on most items that we sell. While we're happy to accept any item for return please note that the cost of any promotional shipping given on an order is deducted from the refund if the item is returned but will be capped at 15% in case it is more then that. (This does not apply in the case of an item that is damaged by our carrier, or for an item with a verifiable manufacturer's defect. These items are returned at our expense, and no fees of any kind apply.)
